Cherish Dog Grooming is based in Based in Chelmsford, Cherish will service: Chelmsford, Maldon, Whitman, Ongar, Writtle, Brentwood, Billericay, Mountnessing. We will also look at Essex and the surounding areas.

 

Our Vehicle

The Cherish Dog Grooming Mobile Salon is long wheel base vehicle which is approximately 6’ wide and 19’ long. Ideally we park the vehicle on your drive but we can work on the road side provided the vehicle does not obstruct the highway and the dog and groomer can gain access away from passing traffic. 

The vehicle carries its own water and hooks up to your electricity supply. We like the vehicle to be as close as possible to the supply to avoid a trailing cable but we can operate up to 35 metres away from your socket if necessary.

If you have parking restrictions outside your home Cherish Dog Grooming is able to offer alternative ways of grooming your pet, so contact us to discuss your needs.

 

Appointments

The length of appointment required varies according to the grooming care that your pet needs.  A full groom of a regularly groomed dog may take up to 2 hours, sometimes less, depending on the condition and type of coat, the size of dog and its behaviour. 

Appointments, for dogs that have not been groomed regularly, that need restyling or dematting will take longer which will be reflected in the final price. 

Cherish Dog Grooming will confirm the price during the consultation at first appointment, we reward customer loyalty and aim to ensure that our service is good value for money and affordable. 

Our minimum attendance fee is £15. If you are unable to keep your appointment to avoid this charge,  please give 24 hours notice of changes or cancellation so that we can offer the appointment to another customer.

Cherish Dog Grooming complies with the requirements of the Animal Welfare Act 2006. The owner will be asked to sign a consent form and we keep a record of your dog’s treatment.  This information is not shared without your consent.
